Numb joy

I should allow myself a small celebration. But exhaustion is still the norm, so can't quite give it the proper Dahlian "yippee!"

But things feel a bit better. Now if only the over-55s would just get their senses together and ... or split them apart. Whatever, so long as it's the right thing to do and a fait accompli. I am really sick of hanging my stomache up at night as if it were a swinging hammock in a worsening storm.
