It ís a Dutch Oven, apparent necessity for those meat-falling-off-the-bone Sunday roasts. And Patriot Red, of course (made in China).
Slept most of today and am wondering about roast chickens again with a pickin' of salad. Why is all the basalmic vinegar at the supermarket "made in Modena"? Is there a monopoly on this in that little town that I've always associated more with fast if fragile Italian automobiles?
