COLOUR is BACK!

My friend R (raised partially, but significantly German and educated in the British system with willful blocking out of memories of our sometime American exposures) once said that he might use exclamations once a year at most. I gather this is to preserve his reputation as a dry-witted individual who delivers most of his polished syllabic gifts to mankind in a uniquely accented deadpan. This statistic only came up because he felt that I sprinkled my writing liberally with them, sometimes as an afterthought. But the gentleman did point out that being the sort of person I am, I really can't help myself, now can I?

Ah, faux-Britishness, how you make me want to break out all my good teacups (mostly from Japan, however) and clatter some saucers!

That preamble will be longer than the point of this post: I can write entries in colour again! If I import the text from Word, it's back to the pastel castle! !!! Take that, stiff-upper-lip rip-offs of Dickensian dimensions!!
