two surreal moments

a) Seeing former fashion boss's face in Time magazine. The dress featured was actually quite lovely.

b) While riding home last night after Wushu practice at 10:30, I passed the fountain and heard distinctly male ululations from somewhere beyond. As I rounded the gushing site, the first of them plunged into the knee-deep water and splashed about. More of them, young and naked, emerged from the dark in a swift fleet. Their cries behind me pack-like and soured on the wind. I turned my bicycle to the road to the right and pressed on, though the spectre of those first pale apparitions like white peach dark in the center stayed with me till the cold wore them away.

I'd definitely be scarred for life by the fountain-kappa in birthday suits! ;-) Kidding. Saw some under-10s perform wushu the other day. They have jelly for bones! It's quite amazing.

Love you and miss you! "Feldie"
